I love these logs. I've been using them for 2 years since I got my stove in. The heat is fantastic and there is very little (almost no) ash to clean out after a full day of burning them. Delivery was very quick. Highly recommended!

We use a third party courier service, so its not ourselves delivering Once the pallet leaves our yard here - it is out of our hands who is driving the delivery trucks. Sometimes you will meet a driver who will go above and beyond and other times unfortunately you will meet people not as enthusiastic about their job. So sorry that this happened to you.
